Getting Stuff Done

I found my camera and actually charged it up today! I haven't taken any pictures with it yet, but maybe I'll go outside tomorrow when there's some daylight and snap some photos~

Uneventful

So I ended up sleeping pretty much all day yesterday. These antidepressants have been making me tired, I guess.

I ought to be cleaning right now, but I just don't feel much motivation to do anything besides sit around on the computer playing games.
Has anyone else heard of Happy Wheels? It's really fabulous though incredibly bloody and violent. 

Feeling Crafty

Today's been slow. I got a call earlier asking me to come into work today at 5:00, so I've got something to do later at least.

I've been wanting to pull out my beads and stuff and make some necklaces. Especially after going out to the thrift stores with Mom today. Looking at all that old jewelry in the cases up by the cash registers makes me want to take the beads and do my own things.

Guess I'll do that until I have to get ready to go. Oh, and I need to hunt down my camera and its charger cord... Maybe I'll upload pics of what I make. ^^

Curse you, grease!

So I'm back online. Work today kind of sucked. It seems like people will never learn to just put the movies they decide they aren't going to get at least back into the same section of the store where they found them.

Anyways, I owe anyone reading a proper introduction to my life.

I'm 18 and I live at home still with my mom and dad. I graduated high school this past year but was too lazy to ever get my stuff together to get into college on time. I guess I'm skipping a year of school at this point. Anyway, I've got a job at an F.Y.E. in the closest mall to my house, and I can pick up pretty decent hours thanks to having nothing else to do lately. I don't really have much in the way of a social life.

I mean, I've got some friends, I guess.... We just rarely ever see each other(They moved off to live near or on their college campuses).

As for hobbies, I like things that I can do on my own like drawing, writing, playing games on the computer, reading, and watching movies.

Bleh... I'm tired of all this silly introduction stuff already. >o<
I just got back from stuffing my face with grease at Denny's after work(cuz I'm too lazy to cook most nights and a veggie skillet sounded good for some reason), so I think I'm going to go ahead and just chill the rest of the night and cradle my aching stomach...

Hello everyone!

My name is Dakota and I'm honestly kind of making this blog thanks to a suggestion from my parents. They said it would be good to get all of my feelings out in something like a journal, but I've tried journals before and eventually they get filled so much with personal "darkness" that it just hurts to even open them up after a while...

So... here I am! Hopefully I can figure out this site. o_o I'm just so new to it that everything seems kind of complicated.
